A big thank you to Alison for this one.
What you need
-White t-shirt
-balls
-rubber bands
-permanent markers (all different colors)
-spray bottle
-rubbing alcohol
Directions
-Wrap a few ball up in a t-shirt with rubber bands. Actually, it doesn't even have to be balls. You just need something to provide a surface for the kids to write on and an area to concentrate the color on (you don't want lines spaced out across the t-shirt or the colors won't bleed).
-Make sure you put the kids in junk clothes because they will probably get ruined.
-Let them color on the balls with permanent marker.
-Remove the balls and hang the shirts up (preferably outside).
-Spray the shirts with rubbing alcohol
-Let them dry
-Toss them in the dryer for a few minutes to seal in the color
