Pom-poms instead of Easter grass

I don't know about anyone else but I HATE Easter grass! Last year I swore up in down I was not going to buy it but, when I put the kids baskets together they just didn't look right. At the last minute I ran out and bought some. Of course, I spent the next month cleaning it up. So, this year I decided to use pom-poms from the dollar store instead. That way I don't have the mess and they have an extra toy in their basket!

See, you can't even tell!

Did you get this idea from Judy? I was told about it from B's developmental therapist the other day, she said Judy told her about it. Great idea!!!! I was going to do it too but Paul bought grass already.

I love this idea. My kids are 12,16 and 21, but they still get baskets. AND, I hate the grass, gets all over the house. Years ago I bought this stuff to fill the baskets, it was what you would fill a pillow with. They sold it as basket fillers, and I cannot find it anywhere, but love your idea. Thanks for sharing!
