Homemade banana chips

I had some bananas that were about to go bad so I thought I'd try something new. Here's the recipe...

Ingredients
-2 ripe bananas
-2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Directions
-Cut the bananas into thin slices
-Coat slices in lemon juice
-Bake banana slices on a greased pan in a 200 degree oven, turning every half hour and watching out for burning. Remove when they are crispy, cool, and store in an airtight container.

They're good but they taste nothing like the ones you buy in the store. Those are fried and very fatty so of course they taste good!
I did have to cook them for a lot longer then the recipe called for and I think next time I may turn up the heat a bit to try to get them a little crispier but all in all they were a good healthy snack for the kids.
